Vienna Talent Group is a full-service sports agency dedicated to empowering athletes to dominate their game, brand, and influence. They came to me seeking a website redesign that would elevate their digital presence with clear messaging and a strong brand identity. Their previous site didn’t fully communicate the agency’s expertise or the impact they create for their athletes, from contract negotiation to brand development. The goal was to build a modern, story-driven website that positioned Vienna Talent Group as confident yet approachable, emphasizing their authenticity, transparency, and results-driven approach.
To set the foundation, I audited the agency’s existing site and researched competitor websites across the sports management industry. The research revealed that many agencies focused solely on listing services without effectively communicating their value or mission. This insight shaped a brand strategy and messaging framework centered around Vienna Talent Group’s unique positioning — a trusted partner who goes beyond representation to help athletes grow their influence and long-term success. This approach guided the website’s structure, visual tone, and storytelling.
The brand voice for Vienna Talent Group was defined as confident but approachable — strong in expertise while remaining authentic and human. Every piece of copy was crafted to focus on impact, not just features, shifting from statements like “we negotiate contracts” to “we maximize your value in every negotiation.” The messaging emphasizes authenticity and transparency, building trust with athletes through clear, empowering language.
We also kept the flow of the message in mind while developing the site’s layout, ensuring that each section naturally guides visitors from understanding who the agency is, to seeing what they do, and finally, how they deliver results. To further establish credibility and authority, we incorporated key stats and recognizable brand partnerships — giving visitors tangible proof of success and experience. Visual storytelling played a central role, using images, video, and athlete quotes to show success rather than simply state it, resulting in a dynamic, inspiring, and trustworthy online experience.
I designed and developed a custom Squarespace website that brought Vienna Talent Group’s new strategy and visual identity to life. To achieve a truly unique and professional look, I implemented custom HTML and CSS to extend Squarespace’s default design capabilities — refining layout elements, typography, and interactive features for a polished, high-end presentation. The final site delivers a seamless user experience, combining bold imagery, confident messaging, and smooth performance across all devices. Optimized for responsiveness and speed, the website now positions Vienna Talent Group as a trusted, modern sports agency with a clear voice, compelling storytelling, and a standout digital presence that empowers athletes to own their brand and elevate their influence.
